      great culture, great people, excellent events, room for quick promotion

      Cons

      -low wages unless you're at the top, expected to be on call 24/7, employee perks are not great, no consistency across promotions

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
