Pros
On a micro level, lovely people to work with, nice and caring managers.
Cons
Rotten company culture where making the most money for the company is much more important than the employees’ well-being. Regular overtime and heaps of work all the time. The Legal and the Life Science departments are overworked during the pandemic and people are still going to be furloughed - which just goes to show what the company is all about!
