      Pros

      Overall, there are absolutely none !

      Cons

      Everything promised in the interview is “words just words”. Nothing is done right the first time. They are demanding, but the resources they provide are second rate. The translation memory is a disaster. Worst I’ve ever seen! I was supposed to have a sponsor... what a pathetic joke that was! My advice: Avoid working there.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
