Pros

Only thing great are some people you get to meet. That's it

Cons

Hang on, this one's gonna be a doozy! -Unorganized, and management has absolutely no idea how to fix that -Infrastructure is very old. Servers have useless policies which disable you from doing your job. -As you may not see others review IT stuff, the pay is horrible. Work is a lot more than pay, and have to deal with constant micromanagement. -Related to the unorganized part, the IT procedures are one of the worst I've ever seen. To top it off, more procedures get created out of thin air with absolutely no documentation. And yes, the documentation itself is unorganized; newcomers are beat over their heads with them and causes them to mess up, of course! This also includes escalations. -No growth opportunities. If you ask for exposure to something, you'll get shot down even if you've worked for a while. You will also get told to work there longer if you want exposure to something that clearly needs attention. -Raises are highly fractional...it's like earning an extra chocolate bar every two weeks. -Promotions are strictly length of stay. Longer you work (2-4 years) you get promoted. Not based on experience, knowledge or efficiency. -Some co-workers will definitely throw you under the bus, whether it be for a ticket or accident. -Because of these cons and many others I have not mentioned, there is a very high turnover rate, especially for IT, unless they find desperate out-of-college people willing to work more for fraction of the cost they're worth. These people are their primary targets.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
