      There are some good fish in the shark pool

      Cons

      No work-life balance Rude management with a severe sense of entitlement They rely too much on “largest translation company” -The question is “at what cost”? Little opportunity for progression and no appraisal or reward of any kind

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
