      The prospect of having of adding a new experience to my CV in a renown company

      It is clearly easier to become the President of the United States of America than successfully going through the recruitment process and be hired

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
