      Lots and lots of translation jobs available on a daily basis; flexible and polite Project Managers; reasonable rates; timely and frequent payments.

      Cons

      Rates have not gone up in the past year; Accounts Payable Department is almost unreachable by phone or by email.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
