Please do not join this company that alone should speak volumes: I have never seen an organization where even the housekeeping staff, the receptionist, and almost every employee is actively looking for a way out. People stay here only because of personal circumstances or because they haven’t received another offer yet. As mentioned earlier, please avoid joining this company; only then will leadership or HR feel compelled to make meaningful improvements. The entire environment feels outdated and restrictive, almost like going back to the 17th century and operating under a king’s rule. This is completely opposite to how an IT company should function it feels more like a factory. There are no proper restrooms, no clean drinking water, and every basic movement requires access permissions. There are no recreation facilities, no proper parking, and employees are told to handle their own transport. Vehicles get damaged due to lack of space. Even the AC is turned off, and if you raise concerns, they twist the situation to make it look like you are violating rules or being disobedient. I am not writing this out of frustration alone this is something TransPerfect genuinely needs to acknowledge and act upon. I have worked in major service-based BPOs, large product-based companies, and mid-tier organizations, and I have never experienced anything close to this. A company is defined by its people and culture, but the rules and behavior here are unreasonable and unprofessional. The food facility is extremely poor only around ten people can fit in the so-called cafeteria. There is no coffee machine. Employees are often disrespected for basic requests. You cannot keep anything on your desk; everything is monitored. Meeting rooms are locked after use. The overall behavior is childish rather than professional. We are giving our time and skills to build their business the company is not doing us a favor by offering a job. The biggest concern: Extremely biased hiring Hiring happens in an openly biased and unfair manner. People bring in their own family members and build teams around their own family structure. The head of the department, who comes from a reputed background, insists on bringing in his own relatives. I have personally seen this happening, and I have never encountered hiring decisions like this in any other organization. They continue doing this without hesitation because they feel secure in their positions at the top. This must stop. Before joining, please do your own checks If someone is considering joining this company, please reach out to current or former employees on LinkedIn. If you have mutual contacts, talk to them. Ask questions. Understand what you are getting into. I am not making up anything I have proof for everything I’ve mentioned. Workplace setup is extremely poor There is no proper seating arrangement. Desks are adjusted and squeezed without planning. There is no space for newcomers. You are made to sit as if you are in a crowded public transport except even public transport offers more comfort and consideration. No career path, no learning, no structure There is no learning path, no career growth, no hierarchy, and no organizational structure. Because of all these reasons, I genuinely do not consider this a real company. Period. If you must join due to personal circumstances, that is understandable. But please do not join this company just for the sake of it. There are many great companies that prioritize employee well-being, growth, and dignity. Choose wisely, because your mental health and mindset matter the most.
