micromanagement, If you do a great job you will be extorted to stay where you are and just do your job and not advance. rules are bent for favorites, appears management does just enough to get by and not promote growth and development of the young technicians. no kind of growth promotion of maintenance and you only get the same pay raise as operation personnel. maintenance is the backbone of operations but yet treated like the root cause of every failure point instead of actual engineers doing their jobs and production leadership completing problem solving.
