Pros

Good benefits. Great hours compared to other manufacturers(minus weekend shift). Different food trucks for lunch. Easy job to learn and company is steady growing. BEN program is great.

Cons

The more you work, the more u get overworked. Pay is decent but could be better based on market value. Each shift run its ship differently. Too many people on different pages. No yearly evaluation raises. You will get the same pay raise as someone with less work ethic. Management doesn’t listen to suggestions of workers who actually do the job daily. Would rather look at charts & graphs made by engineers of what should be done. Weekend shift schedule sucks. You work every weekend and only get 50cent shift differential or so.

Pros

Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

Cons

The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.

Pros

I had the opportunity to work with some truly great coworkers in the Service Department. There was a strong sense of camaraderie and support among the team. The company also does a nice job hosting events and internal gatherings, which helps build connection across departments. Benefits are decent overall, including a 401(k) and PTO offerings.

Cons

While the benefits package is fair, the medical coverage could be stronger. Leadership at one point felt very supportive and well-run, but after some key departures, the environment shifted. At times, it can feel more like working for a large corporation where employees may not feel as valued on an individual level. There is an emphasis on collaboration, but in practice, accountability can be inconsistent especially when it comes to addressing underperformance, even when concerns are raised.
