      Pros

      The team has integrity, the culture is strong and people are treated with respect. The leaders are constantly looking for feedback, how to make improvements, and how to grow their people. I really miss the Greater Northeast and NYC teams!

      Cons

      It can be slow to change things or see things change. A lot of the everyday frustrations are external - you have no control over them.

      A remote, work from home position. All required equipment was provided such as a laptop, monitor, headset, etc.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
