They are growing like crazy and really care about their people and the environment instead of just making a dollar

Cons

Sometimes I dont think the culture always trickles down into the plants but it is something they acknowledge that needs work.

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
