      Pros

      Trane does provide amazing safety protocols for their employees, PTO, vacation, holidays off and benefits.

      Cons

      They do not help when it come to being harrased by management. Your HR people are very close with most of them so you cannot trust them when they say they will help you. I can say this though, I have had some amazing experiences with some good managers there that really cared about their employees and made some great acquaintances that would show the true meaning of a team.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
