The culture at Trane is toxic in the plants. Bullying is permitted at al levels b/c revenue is more important than mental heath, fairness and work life balance. Upper management including the newly hired VP, is not trustworthy. Plant HR, the people organizers, the robust HR employees are paid less and expected to do more. They have this ridiculous 250:1 ratio (or 300:1) for site HR, making it impossible for them to do their jobs. There Career Dvlpment for exempt is all smoke and mirrors. You have to beg for opportunities and if you find them yourself, they go unrecognized.
