      Pros

      Reasonable salary, good benefits, limited changes no more pros as referred to the lack of prospects!

      Cons

      Lack of vision and mission, decision are taken without consideration, too many uncontrolled dinozaurs who don' t deliver the value added just concentrate on keeping their jobs (as are unemployabe on the market). No vision and useless HR. Very limited prospects for joung managers!!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
