      Amazing corporate culture and conducive environment for success. Great location and campus on Lake Norman. Autonomy to make decisions.

      Cons

      It's a traditional corporate setting with cubicles. Very quiet and depending on your personality you have as little or much interaction with coworkers as you want.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
