      large company, good benefits, they do try to provide a positive Work/Life balance, good people, good product and market leaders

      Cons

      confused leadership, siloed group/divisions, high level of politics, multiple org changes, mid-level executive focused on self promotion and not development of subordinates.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
