      Large and prosperous firm with diverse array of industries. Many opportunities to move to new roles. Generally profitable businesses.

      Cons

      Very large company. Slow decision making. Some bureaucracy to work through. Predictable cost-cutting pressures aligned with quarterly and annual wall street pressures.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
