      Pros

      Culture is good. Overall good people working at the firm but if you want to move from manufacturing to solutions provider you need to unleash from such an engineering culture.

      Cons

      Huge gap between strategy and execution. Top management is too focused on EPS and Wall Street analysts and less on customers and people working at the firm

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
