      Pros

      Outstanding base pay, bonus, and stock option plan. Near the top of in all the business segments they participate. Good work life balance, generous pay and benefits plan.

      Cons

      Most of the top leaders went to Ingersoll Rand when Ingersoll-Rand security technologies was spun off as Allegion. No talent management or career pathing at all. Highly political office environment.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
