Business Outlook
Pros
You wont be bored, they will keep you busy. They reward longevity ( meaning 15+ years) and they take very good care of those long term employees with different benefits including pension. Some business sectors offer more opportunities for advancement than others.
Cons
There is a lot of talk about work-life balance but everyone is too busy to take any vacation time. Salary is about average but on the low side of average. They don't like new employees or new processes. The company is very decentralized so there isn't a company culture per se, just a bunch of smaller companies carrying on the same way they have for 30 + years.
