      1. May not receive the deserved credit immediately even if deserved. May take time to process 2. We may have to project yourself wherever possible for better rewards or we may always be kept for the late decision 3. On site team will always be considered superior to Offsite Team

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
