      Ability to see work that ends up in finished product. Company compensation was fair for industry.

      Endless cycles of product development. Lots of globalized vendors, heavy night hours were frequent.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
