      Good people to work with... flexibility in working hours... frequent trainings', timely increments, on time salary, etc.

      Cons

      Vision not clear though, depreciating product quality resulting in diminishing brand value, huge overheads, almost no outdoor activities... front-line employees suffers huge negligence...

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
