      Sales & Parts sales is good for those who failed to get govrnt job.

      Cons

      Service dept. Is worst. You will be working your whole life as a service engineer if you dont leave the company. This company is like a Indian government.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
