-The employees are exceedingly hard working and believe in what can be accomplished by the company -Benefits, though decreasing are still far and above what other company's have to offer at a low employee contribution -Brand loyalty and pride of employee's in what they are producing for consumers
Cons
-Lack of communication between managers and employees who actually have the knowledge to assist them in making sound forward thinking decisions -Consistant inability to increase employee engagement scores -Inability to integrate business aquisition into the Ingersoll Rand company culture effectively -Work life balance is not easily found in current Ingersoll Rand business structure
