      Pros

      The BU was Lean oriented. They believed in continuous improvement both in production and safety. IR offers paid training, tuition reimbursement, great Heath benefits, and competitive retirement plan.

      Cons

      They did not take time to train at the lowest level and training worsened the higher the position. This set up all employees to fail and thus feeling like a failure.

      Plenty of Holiday pay. Great coworkers and management listen to your concern

      Oncall most of the time, constantly changing rules, but not bad

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
