      Good / Low cost healthcare benefits, stable company.

      Cons

      Low wages, low salary increases, low opportunity for promotions, high demands / high stress environment because 2 or 3 jobs tend to be packed into 1 person in the name of "Japanese efficiency".

      -401K, PTO, incredible healthcare -OT paid after 8 hours per day -Perks such as car discounts, free doctors office, travel discounts, time off to volunteer

      -Less remote opportunities each year -Comp time not an option -PTO slow to increase -Work life balance depends on manager -International customers can require extended hours
