      Great Health Benefits, Christmas-New Years Holiday paid shutdown, dinner for working 3+ hours overtime. Great employees.

      Cons

      Very Low yearly sarlary increases, no formal training, no room for advancement. Job titles are charaterized incorrect so TAI can pay a lower rages.

      -401K, PTO, incredible healthcare -OT paid after 8 hours per day -Perks such as car discounts, free doctors office, travel discounts, time off to volunteer

      Cons

      -Less remote opportunities each year -Comp time not an option -PTO slow to increase -Work life balance depends on manager -International customers can require extended hours
