      Pros

      I had a good work environment with very cooperative cocworkers. The company have been continuously growing. The benefit package is well above than industry average.

      Cons

      The company could be more aggressive in developing business. Because its business is mostly secured by Toyota Motor related business, you will rarely see agressive attitude in workplace.

      -401K, PTO, incredible healthcare -OT paid after 8 hours per day -Perks such as car discounts, free doctors office, travel discounts, time off to volunteer

      -Less remote opportunities each year -Comp time not an option -PTO slow to increase -Work life balance depends on manager -International customers can require extended hours
