Very good network in SEAN countries. Enjoy's the brand leverage from Toyota Motors Corporation.
Cons
The national office's are not very well organised. Work culture similar to the government organisation with very inefficient communication and infrastructure, makes very difficult to conduct routine transactions. Very little Independence to perform task's as Japanese PIC has to be approved of all the time.
