      relaxed lifestyle for some departments. good as a retirement place

      Cons

      Unfair employment practices that are meant to squeeze the most of out employees. Different departments and markets mean that there is unfair distribution of work and low employee recognition. 9 years before you can even get a decent salary

      -401K, PTO, incredible healthcare -OT paid after 8 hours per day -Perks such as car discounts, free doctors office, travel discounts, time off to volunteer

      -Less remote opportunities each year -Comp time not an option -PTO slow to increase -Work life balance depends on manager -International customers can require extended hours
