Pros
Hybrid work environment after probation. Nice colleagues, no politics. The HR did a good job, and the management listens and maintains the "Kaizen" spirit. The boss can be strict or lenient, depends on your luck, and usually the Japanese GM is rotating every few years, which is a norm in a Japanese firm. Overall it is a stable and systematic organization.
Cons
Embrace for challenging business environment, stress is expected. For sales role, reasonable entertainment (dinners) is expected. Sometimes can be busy but still within the reasonable range.
