Pros

If you want to gain a general understanding of the automotive industry, this company is probably a good place to start with broad exposure as a diversified trading company. Managers here are supportive of employee performance and any medical issues that you may have and is oriented more towards individuals who are looking for an average job, stable, and non-dynamic.

Cons

Top Management leadership is almost non-existent with little information passed to their employees on where they are heading. In fact, most of them don't even know your name as they are all Japanese expatriates. The company really lacks any incentives to hit targets other than Managers telling us that we have targets to hi (i.e. no bonuses or overtime (even though it's in our contract)). Employees (especially local Japanese) are expected to work like those in Japan, staying back until late hours. Random employees sometimes go missing having been dismissed with no explanation. It's a scary and dysfunctional place to work. Think carefully before joining.
