Pros

Salaries are generally paid on time.

Cons

--There appears to be a systematic culture of keeping outsourced or blue-collar employees under constant pressure until probation or legal protection periods are close to ending. --Employees are often given expectations about long-term stability or permanent positions, but many experience sudden terminations shortly before gaining stronger employment protections. --Sick leave and work-life balance may be discouraged indirectly through management pressure in certain environments. --Fear-based management and uncertainty create a stressful and unhealthy working atmosphere. --Toxic management styles in certain teams can negatively impact morale and motivation. --Decisions may appear heavily cost-driven rather than people-oriented. --Work culture may differ significantly from the professional image presented externally. --Limited trust, weak career stability, and low sense of job security for contractors.

Pros

Can feel productive at times. Able to help in multiple areas if desired. Good benefits. Nice campus with multiple eating options.

Cons

They have a lot of roles filled with consultants that don’t know the ecosystem and are spending most of their time trying to understand it. Most people don’t know what they’re working on because they have had multiple rounds of down sizing and way too many re orgs. Nobody wants to take responsibility for anything. A lot of arguments about who had to do what. Constant direction change before there even a completed deliverable. Sr. management can be high ego. Most of the time is spend turning off fires. High bureaucracy. General onboarding is good but org onboarding is non existent in some cases. Hybrid environment 4 days in office. Hard to get anything done with way too many meetings. Quite a few loud people do nothing but take credit for the work they did not do. Usually the quiet people are the ones completing tasks.
