      Solid benefits on par with the other super majors and good work-life balance

      Cons

      The company culture is an extreme top-down hierarchy. The pay lags that of other majors. The French business culture is extremely risk averse and is unfriendly to Americans. You will not go far as an American at this company. Opt for Exxon or Chevron, if you’re trying to make a career out of it
