      Pros

      I've yet to have a bad supervisor at Total. Pay and benefits are pretty good. Emphasis on employee safety is there.

      Cons

      Lots of employees moving around from what I see which may be good for career advancement but causes instability at manufacturing sites.

      American managers do their best to create a good culture.

      You have to be French to succeed or move up. And you aren't highly regarded if you don't speak French.
