      Pros

      - extremely nice people to work around - Good salary (as the rent is taking in charge) - safety measures are in place, you will feel very safe - excellent expat community

      Cons

      - VERY hard to get a job in the company afterwards - lot of rules to follow from HR as VIE, that were not present in others compagnies (not allowed to bring people to our appartment for instance, not included in every corporate event as other CDI)

      American managers do their best to create a good culture.

      Cons

      You have to be French to succeed or move up. And you aren't highly regarded if you don't speak French.
