Pros
Since I was hired, the number of employees multiplied by three. The pace of growth is fast and challenging and it is good for learning to adapt to an ever-changing business. In my experience, that is among the most important skills to develop because knowledge and expertise gets outdated pretty fast and you need to learn always. Culture that embraces and fosters people that are not willing to stand by but to move forward and grow. There is room for personal development as well as professional. Time schedule is flexible and there is a chance for remote working. Very good time off policies and reasonable salaries.
Cons
Tiendanube is rather young as a company, so there is plenty to do and not always the necessary resource. I don´t necessarily see that as a con, but I can understand why some people might. Tiendanube is a place that requires focus and effort, so you have to be able to endure the pressure and sometimes the frustation.
