Pros
Very talented and fun people to work with. Many come from international backgrounds bringing a lot of diversity of cultures and experience. This is woven into the fabric of the company's events and day-to-day interactions. Being a small company, there are ample opportunities to get exposed to the various workings of the company both in and out of your respective department. Most people regularly hangout after work and regular hikes and weekend meetups is the icing on the cake.
Cons
The pay is not super competitive for San Francisco and the entertainment options are limited to none.
