      Pros

      It has been more than 5 years in Thoughtworks now. We are not a perfect company and have been evolving with the market & people needs well. These are some of the Pros that I notice - Learning Environment - Approach anyone in organisation for help - Pairing ( for Devs) - team ownership - Positive Hierarchical structure ( where hierarchy is used to manage information ) - Openness - Flexible work structure and growth

      - Decisions take time . One needs some influence and patience for the same
