Pros
Working with intelligent people is amazing, and TW definitely has that. Great ideas are always floating around, and every so often, they get implemented. I learned a great deal from my former collegues that have helped me further my professional career.
Cons
Most of the sr. management has become apathetic to the cause and mission of the company. Projects are dull for the most part. Investment in internal infrastructure is non-existent. Most, if not all consultants and internal employees are underpaid relative to other consulting companies. Investment in the "rock stars" is minimal.
