Pros
The work is fun and fulfilling, the members make it enjoyable and colleagues on the same level as you in general are very pleasant and fun to be around.
Cons
This workplace will string you along for years with empty promises, pulling you thin amongst multiple jobs if you end up doing good work, with no pay increase or benefits. Management does not listen to employee suggestions or feelings as much as they like to say they do, and all the years of work you put in can mean nothing when you do one thing out of turn. They have not and will not care about you.
