      Nothing really except the discounts on the insanely expensive supplements Good for a starter job to work your way up to build your resume and get out

      Toxic management Constant miscommunication and misdirection Overworking managers Pressure from corporate to reach unattainable goals Constant buyouts from investment firms More than I can list

      great community and great relationships with peers

      Cons

      Company doesn’t place value in its junior employees to create ladders for them to grow within the business. Many entry level employees leave after 2 years or it takes about 3yrs before they even remotely see promotion.
