Inconsistent scheduling. They expect you to have completely open availability with no set days off. Dress code was enforced long after beginning of employment with employees bearing the full costs on tight time constraints. Got promised a full-time position after 90 days in my interview but instead they kept me part time and said "It wasn't in your original offer of employment so it doesn't mean anything since it's not in writing" and "technically you aren't allowed to change your availability after hiring unless you reapply to the job"
