Pros
I have always felt greatly supported by the parent team program. There's opportunities for growth, training and expansion of skills. There is a lot of opportunity for amazing teamwork and the medical benefits are fantastic.
Cons
There tends to be a lot of change happening for the school as a whole as it's s new model and that can be disorienting and a bit confusing Parking is often a mess.
