      Interesting work with exposure to chemical and mining industries. Good and welcoming people and environment. Family company with great work life balance.

      Cons

      Progression is slow and not merit based. You can do very well and still need to "wait your turn" to get promoted. Does not create an environment striving for excellence. It is easier to get promoted by leaving the company and coming back 6-12 months later.
