Toxic management and low pay, no support for employees - Anonymous employee The Goddard School Employee Review

My advice: do not work here. They do not value their employees whatsoever. You are just a body. The office/management does nothing but sit in the office while their employees are miserable all day. I had a death in my family and they did not care. You will work long hours, incredibly low pay, and no support from the higher ups. Management needs to go.
