      Pros

      Each school is different some give full curriculum, others you create it. My school, the teachers created curriculum but we had a lot of recourses to help us with this and planning time. There was a good work-life balance and when I was not working, I didn't feel pressured to be doing work at home. Life boundaries were very respected.

      Cons

      Pay is your typical preschool teacher wage, so not very livable on your own.

      My advice: do not work here. They do not value their employees whatsoever. You are just a body. The office/management does nothing but sit in the office while their employees are miserable all day. I had a death in my family and they did not care. You will work long hours, incredibly low pay, and no support from the higher ups. Management needs to go.
