      Some company accommodation is in horrendous location/conditions - very unfair and hard to swap Fear and reporting culture is rife Poor leadership amongst seniors Short layovers for ULR flights and short breaks - fatigue

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
